FACT is the trade body committed to protecting the interests of the audio-visual industry in the fight against piracy and the increasing threat from online copyright theft. FACT works closely with Police services, Trading Standards, HM Revenue & Customs and most recently with the Department for Work and Pensions. FACT has a close association with other enforcement bodies such as the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) and the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA). The Industry Trust

The CEA membership includes single screen/owner managed sites as well as the largest circuit and multiplex operators.
